A prescription issued by us is valid only for the medication, dose, and duration specified. Prescriptions cannot be transferred or reused outside the terms under which they were issued.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price you pay will be the price confirmed at the time your order is placed. We are not responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees applied by your card provider.
Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. Someone may be required to sign for your parcel. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control.
Due to the nature of prescription medications and UK pharmacy regulations, we are unable to accept returns of dispensed medicines. Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, we cannot offer a refund.
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispensed, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to process your cancellation, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the dispensing process has begun.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
